AND LICENSING AGREEMENTS
The
Chubby Brand is bottled and distributed in Canada by the COTT Corporation, the
world's fourth largest soft drink producer under a franchise arrangement. Similar
arrangements are currently being negotiated for the U.S.A. and Mexico.
